What is the delivery time?
Most items are available from stock and will reach you in 2-3 working days and by A Mail in 1-2 working days

Should there nevertheless be a delay, you will be notified immediately by e-mail.

I had a technical problem during the order process or was unable to complete the order?

I could not select " payment on account"?
Our shop carries out a creditworthiness and address check during the ordering process

If you are not entered or if your entry is negative, payment on account will not be displayed. This may also be an error. Please inform us by e-mail: kundendienst(at) of your address and the article you want, then we can check again whether it is possible to pay by invoice.

I can't log in?

Simply enter your e-mail address and password on the login page. If you have forgotten your password, you will find the "Forgot your password?" function in the login area. Here you can request a new password.

How do I redeem my voucher?
Simply enter the voucher code in the "Voucher code" field during the order process and click on the "Redeem" button.

I have not received an email confirmation?
We automatically send a confirmation to the email address provided after each order is completed. If you have not received the confirmation, you may have mistyped the e-mail address or not completed the order. In this case, we recommend that you contact customer service by e-mail: kundendienst(at)

Where is my parcel?

You will immediately receive an e-mail with the parcel tracking as soon as your parcel has been handed over to the post office. However, it may take a few hours for Swiss Post to read your parcel and for the parcel tracking link to work. How long is the warranty period?
2 years on all devices.

How long is the return period?

14 days is the return period.

Simply return the goods within this period using the completed return form. Please note the return conditions on the return note.

What do I do if an item is defective?
Defective goods will be replaced immediately in the event ofawarranty claim. Simply send the product back to us and enclose the completed return note.

If I only need a warranty replacement part?Or something is missing from the scope of delivery?
No problem. Please send us an e-mail with the exact description or a photo of the defective or missing part and your customer invoice or order number. We will send you the corresponding part immediately. You can also send us the defective part together with the completed return note for replacement.

Can the goods also be collected or returned directly in Bassersdorf?
For administrative reasons, no collections or returns are possible.

As our delivery times are short, our postage costs are low, you will still have your order quickly, cheaply and conveniently directly at your home.
